Men's Ministry

Here are a few things we are holding out as core values.

Community: We don’t just show up to our gatherings for ourselves...we show up for our brothers. We come to meet each other’s needs.

Connection: When we are together, there is no conversation we can’t have. Though some men will experience the power of vulnerable and honest sharing in the larger group, our hope is to see men forming friendships and small-groups where they intentionally meet for deeper connection.

Consistency: First Thursday’s of every month, we will be meeting somewhere... so join the group and you will be notified of the home address for our next gathering. 

Communication: We want the communication lines between the pastoral leadership and elders to be transparent and in alignment/unity with where we are going as a church. 

Catapult: We want to be strategic and effective in creating more avenues of bringing men (and their families) together to foster community and transformation such as Super Bowl Sunday, a Father/Son Retreat, and a Men’s fishing trip. 

We KNOW this: God is wanting to do a work in the hearts of men, and it is coming about in the cultivation of trust, vulnerability and honest sharing. We are learning to really love one another. And in loving each other in this way, we shape the culture of our church body.
